Apperantly, she doesnt or is just making baseless claims (like the ones she made about doing infiltrated outposts in her caracal *ahem* with full loots in under 30 minutes) in her futile attempts to get missions nerfed further. Have fun picking up loots in a Raven with no tractor beams nor afterburner and apperantly the few overseers I encountered now orbits at 40km and drops no can.

uhhh, have you even done this mission post patch? if so, what is the name of the 5.8 million isk bounty npc and which version of worlds collide did you get?? |

They can pop at any time, sometimes they pop 5 times in 2 hours. Sometimes they pop only 1 time in 24. Sometimes they are Dread or Shadow but low bounty and dont drop any decent faction loot but other times they are not dread and shadow and drop nothing. But occasionally they will be 4.8 or 5.8 million bountied Dread or Shadow and will drop nice named items.
I killed about 30 Overseers all up and only got 3 faction drops. But decent bounties and fun.
uhh, you got faction drops post patch ?? or you talking about the good old days ?? |

Heh I can still do IO in a caracal. Want me to fraps it for you? 100 million isk bet?
With full loots in a caracal in under 30 minutes? I dont think so. Sorry I dont gamble, but youre welcomed to make a video out of it to show that you have any credibilty whatsoever.
